Hi, I’m Erika Whitlow. I’m a learning developer based in South Carolina. I've been an educator and coach for over 15 years. Over the years, I've learned a lot of new software and strategies to keep learning experiences effective for all learners.
Throughout my career, I have developed a love of technology, training the trainer, and design that I am able to utilize in learning development.

Learning never stops! Thankfully, there is always something new to learn! I love learning new things so that I can create experiences that empower learners to take immediate action.
The teacher or learning environment sets the tone for learning. Learning environments must be safe, comfortable, relevant, and engaging in order to help learners grow.
As a learning designer, it's my job to differentiate learning experiences to fit the needs of the learner.
